These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Visira website at https://visira.win and the Visira service (the "Service") provided by Visira LLC ("Visira", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
1. The Service
Visira helps businesses and agencies monitor how brands are mentioned and cited in answers produced by third-party generative AI assistants, and provides related metrics, reports and recommendations. The Service is currently in early access; features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and the workspaces you manage.
- You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for business purposes.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts or other clients' workspaces;
- interfere with or overload the Service, or reverse engineer it except where permitted by law;
- configure prompts that contain unlawful content or personal data of third parties.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the brand information and prompts you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. AI-generated answers and recommendations
Metrics are based on answers collected from third-party AI providers through their APIs, which may differ from answers a particular person sees in those providers' consumer apps. AI answers can be inaccurate and change over time. Recommendations are hypotheses for improvement — we do not guarantee that any brand will appear in, or rank in, any AI assistant's answers.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers. Visira is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Perplexity, Yandex, Sber or Google, and we are not responsible for their services or content.
7. Fees
Paid plans, if any, will be described at the time of purchase. Early-access use may be free of charge and may be limited or discontinued.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visira is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
