Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Visira LLC ("Visira", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and shares information when you use the Visira website at https://visira.win and the Visira service (together, the "Service").

1. Information we collect

Account information

• Name, email address and password (stored only as a salted hash) when you register with email.
• If you choose to sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account (see section 3).
• Agency and workspace names, and the role you have within a workspace.

Content you provide

• Brand names, websites, competitor names and the prompts (questions) you configure for monitoring.

Data generated by the Service

• Answers returned by AI assistants to the configured prompts, and metrics derived from them (visibility, Share of Voice, citations).

Technical data

• IP address, browser type, timestamps and error logs, collected to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use information

• To create and secure your account and authenticate you.
• To provide the Service: collect AI answers for your prompts, calculate metrics, build dashboards and reports, and send alerts you have enabled.
• To communicate with you about your account, security and service changes.
• To maintain, debug and improve the reliability and security of the Service.

We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.

3. Google user data

If you sign in with Google, Visira requests only the following scopes: openid, email and profile. We receive your name, email address, profile picture and a Google account identifier.

• Use: solely to create your Visira account, sign you in, and display your name and picture inside the Service.
• Storage: stored in our account database for as long as your account exists; deleted within 30 days after account deletion.
• Sharing: not shared with third parties, except service providers that host our infrastructure under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
• We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google data.
• We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

Visira's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Sharing with third parties

• Hosting and infrastructure providers that store and process data on our behalf.
• AI providers (for example OpenAI, Perplexity, Yandex, Sber): we send them the monitoring prompts you configure in order to collect answers. We do not send your account information to AI providers.
• Legal requirements: when disclosure is required by applicable law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the Service.

5. Data retention

• Account data: kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days after account deletion, unless a longer period is required by law.
• Raw AI answers: kept for up to 90 days; aggregated metrics are kept while the workspace exists.
• Technical logs: kept for a limited period needed for security and troubleshooting.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access is restricted by role, and each client workspace is logically isolated. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, and secrets such as API keys are never written to logs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard measures.

7. Your rights and choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@visira.win. You can also revoke Visira's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law.

8. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the Service.
